What to bring?

Swim wear is required along with 2 towels - one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry yourself with. Water shoes for the sea plunging. Bring 1L of water in a non-breakable bottle. We recommend arriving ready to go as our changing room is very small.

What not to bring?

The sauna is a device free zone. We also recommend leaving any glasses, watches, or metal jewelry at home or taking off before your session.

Who can use the sauna?

We require guests to be 16 years and above.

Can water be poured on the rocks?

Yes, our 100kg of stones are ideal for creating smooth dense loyly (steam). Please check with other users before adding water to the rocks. Make sure to pour slowly.

What can I expect from the 1hr session?

You'll have time for about three 10-15 minute sauna sessions with cold plunges in-between sessions. Please remember to leave time for changing as it's part of the 1hr session.

What facilities are there?

We recommend you arrive swim ready. You're welcome to store your belongings In the covered cubbies. We have a water tap available for refilling bottles. There are public toilets available for use nearby both locations.

How do I redeem my 10-pass?

The 10-pass now requires you to click the redeem button in the email after purchase, or you can also access via customer accounts on our website:

  • Step 2: Find Your OrderNavigate to your Order History and click on the order that contains your 10-pass package.
  • Step 3: Click "Manage Booking"Look for the Manage Booking button attached to that order and click it.
  • Step 4: Check & Redeem Your CreditsYou will see your remaining package balance (e.g., 5 out of 10 sessions remaining). Click the Redeem button.
  • Step 5: Book Your ServiceSelect your preferred date and time on the booking calendar. Complete your reservation—no additional checkout or payment is required!

Is there parking?

Yes, there is free public parking at both locations. Please don't enter Pepin Island.

What is your refund policy?

Changes More Than 24 Hours in Advance: If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please use the links at the bottom of your appointment confirmation email. For cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session starts, we will refund the full cost minus the standard card processing fees.

Changes Less Than 24 Hours in Advance: We are unable to provide refunds for cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice. If you cannot make your session at short notice, please email us at joe@goodheatsauna.com to let us know so we can open up the slot for others.

Designed for Good Heat

Everything from the bench height to the large volume of stones is carefully considered so that you can experience the most even heat. The cork cladding helps maintain an ideal temperature of 85°C.
