Watch sailboats racing, cargo ships docking, and the occasional pod of dolphins straight from the sauna bench. Featuring twin mirrored saunas, sessions are limited to 8 for communal sweats and up to 10 for private groups.
Check-in
Our hosts will welcome you on-site, point out the fresh water, and show you the best path to the sea. Premium sauna hats and waffle changing ponchos are also available to purchase before your session.
Changing
While the Yacht Club undergoes an exciting remodel of their facilities, we highly recommend arriving swim-ready and utilizing a changing poncho. Premium ponchos are available on-site if you'd like to pick one up before your session.
Sauna
I designed and built these twin saunas using expanded cork panels and thermally treated wood, chosen for their rich chocolate tones, superb insulation, and quiet acoustic properties. The custom L-bench layout elevates your feet to the top of the exterior-feed stove, which is loaded with local Cable Bay stones.
Cooling down
Descend the stairs for a refreshing plunge, or dive straight in when the four-meter high tide rolls through. At low tide there are several meters of rocks to cross and we now provide crocs to borrow. Afterward, wash down under a high-pressure waterfall shower before stepping back into the wood-fired warmth.
