60-minute Communal Sauna (Silent)

Immerse yourself in quiet reflection and share a peaceful sauna session with others. This communal space is dedicated to stillness and silence—allowing you to fully unplug, reset, and focus on the heat.

Your booking includes time for three 15-minute silent sauna sessions, complemented by refreshing cold-immersion dips in the sea.

Capacity & Locations:

Cable Bay: Accommodates up to 5 people per session.

The Yacht Club: Accommodates up to 8 people per sauna.

The Environment: No talking or devices inside the sauna—just pure heat and the sound of the ocean.

Booking Window: Slots open 1 week in advance to ensure everyone gets a fair chance to grab a spot on the bench.

Age Requirement: Communal silent sessions are strictly for guests aged 16+.
